Making sure that your customers are getting a good impression of your brand is an important factor for success. With this said, it is also necessary to understand that the experience with your company starts long before a guest is physically joining your tours or activities, and ends long after.

Whether you think about it or not, you provide a customer experience, all companies do, regardless of whether you create it consciously. The experience you deliver may be great, bad or neuter, but as long as you have customers or guests for your tours and activities, means that they have a perception of you and your brand. It is up to you to ensure if it is exceptional, poor or industry average.
