Online bookings are bookings that come from any Trekksoft integration, typically through the Booking Engine that's embedded on your website.
These are bookings from any Online Travel Agent (OTA) or Marketplace. Popular OTAs include Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide and Marketplaces include Fjord Norway and Switzerland Tourism.
Yes we do! Offline bookings are bookings made via our POS Desk, mPOS mobile app or in the Back Office. Each offline booking is € 0.55.
For security reasons, new users need to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to receive their first payout. Then, you can choose to receive payouts on a weekly or monthly cycle. Monthly payouts will be paid on the 5th of the following month.
